Gulf Air honours travel agents

MANAMA: Gulf Air has honoured several Bahrain-based travel agents in recognition of their excellent sales support during last year.

The awarding ceremony was attended by senior executives from the travel trade and members of the Gulf Air management team.

Dadabhai Travel and Tours Company were the winners of the Gold Award for this year's top performance, with Kanoo Travel winning the Silver Award and World Travel service receiving the Bronze Award.

Gulf Air commercial manager Esam Al Hammadi gave away the awards, and honoured the performance of Al Fanar Travel, Al Bader Travel, Al Gosaibi Travel Agency, Al Safeer Travel and House of Travel.

"We have excellent relationships with our travel agents and recognise the important role they play in our business," Mr Al Hammadi said.

"Therefore, we feel it is equally important to acknowledge their performances. We hope to continue this excellent relationship and look forward to their continued support and co-operation in the future."
